No Days Off follows MMA fighter and super athlete Shanon Slack as he trains for upcoming fights. NDO started as just an exploration but after receiving such positive feedback we made a few more fueling negotiations with several fight organizations. Shannon ended up on the UFC's The Ultimate Fighter show as a coach and soon after began fighting for Bellator.
